Sorghum Mill Blackberry Farm

We went to the blackberry farm last week with some friends of ours.  It's at the same farm we go to in the winter to pick out our Christmas tree.

The entrance was a little hidden from the road but once we got there you could see all the rows of blackberry bushes.  When I got out of the car, the smell in the air instantly reminded me of the Summer's I spent camping with my grandparents.  I love when smells trigger happy memories.

Eli had a great time finding and picking the berries.  You had to be careful because the bushes are covered in thorns.  I wore Jack in my Ergo.  It got hot pretty quick though so I took him out and just held him the rest of the time.  We stayed for about 40 mins and then headed home.  It was so fun.
