Can't believe I forgot to mention one of the new, cute things he's doing these days. He loves to play peek-a-boo. He closes his eyes really tight and says "E-Li" as if he's calling out "Eli, where are you?". He'll say Eli, I'll say Eli where are you? He answers "I don't know". And then he'll slowly open his eyes and scream.
He also knows what to do when it's really bright outside, or when i take a picture with the flash on. He squints up his face and eyes and goes "Oooh, so bright."
He also loves to cover up his face with his bath towel while I dry him off each night and hide in there until I "find" him. He loves it. And screams.
I have finally taught Eli to spit after he brushes his teeth at night. I was putting it off because I really didn't want him to know how to spit. He loves to do it and it's actually made him cooperate to let me brush his teeth, you know because of the promise to spit if he lets me brush. He drinks some water and holds it in his mouth and I squeeze his cheeks to try and get him to spit the water out. It's usually a big mess but he has a good time.
